PH-OSPHO-RIC
PLUS+ when properly applied, will convert rust into a
phosphate
compound that will act as a primer for painting (2 coats may
be
necessary where rust is extremely heavy).
PH-OSPHO-RIC
PLUS+ reacts with rust or steel to form a chemical film
which
becomes part of the surface. Adhesion is increased when coated
or
primed with most conventional coatings.
PH-OSPHO-RIC
PLUS+ is an excellent rust corrosion remover on lightly
rusted
polished steel. Brush or allow remaining for ten to fifteen minutes.
Rinse
with cool water.
PH-OSPHO-RIC
PLUS+ removes loose rust, paint, grease and oil from
heavy
metal surfaces such as structural steel, wrought iron and ships.
PH-OSPHO-RIC
PLUS+ also works great on aluminum and galvanized
steel.
Two coats are recommended to thoroughly coat and etch the
metal.
PH-OSPHO-RIC
PLUS+ should be allowed to dry overnight. Treated
surfaces
will appear dark gray to black and may have a white powdery
residue.
Brush residue off prior to painting.
